ENVIRONMENT

In 1995 our concern on preserving the environment lead us to the installation of an Evaporator as a further step to the biological treatment system, with an investment close to 600 million pesetas.( 4 million US Dollars )

Such a pioneer plant in Europe is fitted with state-of-the-art technology. The water used during the industrial process is regenerated in such a way that after being treated it becomes suitable for re-utilization in the process. That brings along a situation of zero waste.

In 1998 we were awarded AENOR´s Certificate of Environmental Management in observance of ISO 14001 and IQ Net Standard. We hold the honor of being the first company in Spain within the textile sector to be granted such an award.
